1.First step

If that does not work or if you do not have access to Find My iPhone or iCloud, then follow these steps.
First step
Place your device in recovery mode.
Second stage
Click "OK" on the message from iTunes saying that the device is in recovery mode.
Now restore your device from iTunes.
