Have not spent even a few hours from the submission of iOS in August at the World Developers Conference Apple and running on the network and update files to the first beta. The good news if you are going strong emotions and you are not willing to wait until fall is that you can install it without more, today.
We have seen for ourselves that iOS beta 8 can be installed on an iPhone without having to register your UDID with a developer account. All you need is to locate the ipsw file for your iOS eight specific model and install it with iTunes after selecting Check for Updates click while holding down the Option key.
Of course, goes without saying that we are not responsible for anything. Apple does not allow the installation of the beta not registered as a developer beta users and as good it is, there is not the slightest guarantee that you depart not find with many errors everywhere. At a minimum, make a backup before so it can happen.

Update: Apple has changed something on their servers and authentication is not possible to activate iOS beta 8 in unregistered devices. If you've been caught halfway through the installation, you can go back to iOS 7 restoring the device from iTunes.
