USA is the country of demands, some, like the present one, can be considered ridiculous, and two iPhone users have sued Apple for misrepresenting the storage capacity left to them once iOS 8 installed.
Demand for Paul and Christopher Endara Orshan alleges that Apple did not inform users that the installation of iOS eight occupy 23.1% of space on your drives. The two plaintiffs accuse Apple of using storage limits to force consumers to pay more for extra storage in iCloud. The lawsuit claims that Apple is not using underhand tactics to take advantage of a desperate time for users, such as when going to record the actions of their children in a recital or are shooting a wedding ....
Well, it seems that Paul Orshan and Christopher Endear have not read Apple warnings when installing a new operating system, before giving accept you can clearly see the space occupied by the update, and while it is true that iOS 8 occupied much space the user just had to do calculations space left to them after the upgrade.
